COSTS?

Since 1994, we have always aimed to be accessible and affordable. With over 6300 engagements, we think it’s fair to say that we’ve achieved that goal and then some. Generally speaking, presentations start at 350.00 for most groups, seminars and webinars run 350.00 - 500.00, workshops 350.00 to 750.00 and keynotes can range from 750.00 to 1500.00. All fees are subject to travel (where applicable) and HST. We also offer customized online webinars so contact us for pricing. On-line presentations and webinars subject to HST.

When you love what you, price somehow seems secondary. We’d rather be busy “on-the-road” speaking and providing training and be affordable than sitting at home and being too expensive.

CANCELLATION POLICY?

Unlike many speakers and trainers who insist on non-refundable retainers or a percentage of the event fee in advance, we’ve NEVER done that!

Hey, cancellations happen! Winter weather shows up and travel makes things impossible or you just didn’t attract enough interest to make your event viable. Whatever the reason…ALL WE ASK…to that we reschedule to another date. We are very open and approachable to working with you when things don’t work out.

After all, you don’t stay in business for almost four decades by being unreasonable…right?

CONTRACTS?

99.9% of the time we don’t require formal contracts. We will work out the details and agreements through email and leave at that. And that seems to work out so well for so many ofour clients.

However, there are times when contracts are requested and if that is that case, send us your contract where we will review the terms and conditions, sign up and get it back to you promptly.

Materials and Handouts?

More and more, the trend is to go paperless and why not save some trees? We can provide you and those attending or presentations, seminars,webinars and workshops with a digital handout summary or package, in advance or afterward.

If however, you want hard copies (paper), we are happy to accommodate.

In our team building sessions and activities, we provide all materials.
