We believe passionately that our seniors deserve our very best and equipping staff and managers with the tools and the power of teamwork is what we do. Retirement and long-term care homes are dedicated people work every day to ensure the best care and support for those who are enjoying and writing that final chapter in life. It’s a place where excellence matters!
Home Care
We have been a resource for home care programs and companies all across Ontario with seminars and workshops for PSWs and managers / leaders. Even some great team building programs too.
HOSPICES
There are VERY special people at hospices. Volunteers with big hearts and caring staff and management. We have presentations and seminars that are ideal for retreats and volunteer appreciation.
Libraries
Libraries are an absolutely essential service within our communities and we have presentations, seminars and workshops to inspire staff and managers. Open to the public, it’s about great service and a desire to ensure every guest, patron and visitor feels valued and that service is paramount.
PUBLIC SECTOR
From providing training to leaders, managers, supervisors and front-line staff, we fully support all those who work daily to make our communities better. We have been a training resource for numerous communities, counties, townships, towns, cities and municipalities. Also, we’ve been a popular resource for municipal associations, by-law and property standards and building officials.
PRIVATE SECTOR
It has been our pleasure and privilege to be a training resource to a range of companies. Business is the backbone of the economy but it is always competing with the competition to be the best. We cover a wide range of business topics including leadership, sales and customer service, team building, effective meetings and time/ task management.
CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE
We’ve spoken to Chamber of Commerce members of a wide range of topics and expounded the virtue that “good enough isn’t good enough anymore”! Every business community needs to work together to win the hearts and minds of the local community and we passionately challenge business owners and managers to distinguish themselves and win more business…with some good old fashioned “old school” solutions.
SMALL BUSINESS
As a successful small business, we bring a lot of proven success strategies for new entrepreneurs. Today’s small business owner is savvy with technology and eager to build a customer base. We have a range of seminars and webinars that provide them with some new ideas and a mix of tried and true solutions.
EDUCATION
We’ve presented seminars and workshops to teachers, teaching assistants, admin. staff, custodial staff and leadership. We’ve spoken to the employees of a dozen or so school boards as well as to the members of a few staff associations.
